Born in Manchester, Jude Hart graduated from Goldsmith’s College in 1996 and is now based in Brighton.

Jude’s paintings are influenced by a desire to capture movement within the confines of a grid or curved shape. Jude’s work has won critical acclaim for its use of mark making and gesture, with an emphasis on formal concerns of pattern, rhythm, repetition and order.
